Its actually a DOCG , which stands for ‘Denominazione di Origine controllata e Garantita’
or Denomination of origin controlled guaranteed. which translates to, made under a strict set of guidelines and specifications throughout the growing and producing process.
Their are only around 75-80 DOCG’S in the country and we have one right here!
It has subtle floral, cherry notes with a hint of espresso flavour, overall its a must try wine.
