SAUVIGNON BLANC 2024 Located in the heart of the Nelson Region, Motueka Winemakers & Growers is a family owned winery, who hold firmly
the belief that the rich fertile soils surrounding the Motueka township, coupled with balmy sea breezes,
and some of New Zealand’s consistently highest sunshine readings are the ideal climate in which to craft
their aromatic wines.
Grapes from our vineyards in the nearby Moutere add a further dimension to our range of classic aromatic varieties.
WINE MAKING Harvested in beautiful condition in early April 2024 from our Flett Road and Umukuri Road home block,
our Sauvignon Blanc underwent gentle pressing and cool fermentation,
capturing wonderful tropical aromas and flavours, combined with a subtle undercurrent.
TASTING NOTE Leaping out of the glass, our 2024 Sauvignon Blanc fills the room with aromas of tropical passionfruit and ripe citrus. Fresh and mouth-watering, the beautifully balanced palate lingers on and on.
